Jaye's bodyART challenges you to step onto your mat every day for 6 days. 6 days, 6 bodyART classes, a total MOT for body & mind, that's the 6-Day Challenge. How Does it Work? 1. Each morning, log on to Jaye’s bodyART Warrior Facebook page at 08:55 for registration (optional). 2. At 09:00, Jaye will launch a ‘Watch Party’ to live stream each class. 3. After class, stamp your bodyART BINGO CARD and submit using any of the following methods: • Share to Facebook/Instagram stories tagging @jayesbodyart • Submit via email directly to Jaye • Keep it for yourself as a diary of your feelings for the week What’s a bodyART BINGO CARD? In its simplest form, it’s your personal sticker chart for the week. After each class, you can “stamp” your card with the emoji that best describes how you feel. Don’t forget to download your card each day so you can keep adding to it! The task of checking in with how you feel after class is both a healthy habit and a fun way to celebrate that we are not the same everyday and so it’s ok if our practice feels different too! What if I can’t take class at 9am? 1. All Watch Parties will be saved saved to the Facebook page each day to catch up at your convenience. 2. You can also use your CLASS MENU to check which class we will be taking each day. Simply scan the videos saved at and select the class with the corresponding date.
